In 2009, she began working at the Norwegian Refugee Council in Tbilisi as a teacher of ballet and painting classes for children. 7. TCB participants

Gymnasts, students of children's and youth sports schools, sports clubs, and Olympic reserve schools are allowed to participate in sports camps.

Gymnasts born in 2012 are invited to the training camp. born in 1999 and older, who do not have health problems and medical contraindications to rhythmic gymnastics.

The training process is carried out according to the age categories of gymnasts.

Outside of training, accompanying parents or their coaches are responsible for the life and safety of children.

Gymnasts are allowed to participate in sports camps:

8.TCP price:

9.Costs for carrying out training:

Full payment for TTS must be made upon arrival.

Expenses for business trips, meals, accommodation, travel of participants and sports training camps are borne by the sending organizations.

Meals during the training camp during the lunch break are $6 per day in the Bar-Restaurant next to the hall, or the TTC participant can eat on their own.

1. Goals and objectives:

· preliminary formation of the RFSO “Spartak” rhythmic gymnastics team for the All-Russian competition “Young Gymnasts” (gymnasts born 2005-2006, group exercises);

· formation of a reserve youth team among gymnasts born in 2007-2008;

· agitation and propaganda for the development of rhythmic gymnastics of the RFSO “Spartak” in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation;

· increasing the level of sportsmanship;

· exchange of experience between teams.

2. Dates and place:

Training sessions are held from March 27 to April 1, 2017 at the address: Leningrad region, Vsevolozhsk district, Toksovo village, st. Lesgafta 35

· For training, training participants must have with them: all items, weights, tennis balls, knee pads, wide and narrow rubber, a swimsuit for performances. - To complete creative tasks: sketchbook, notepad, pens, pencils, markers, glue and ruler.

INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM:

Training camps are one of the effective tools in the training plan for any athlete. As a rule, training camps are held during periods free from regular classes of the academic year.

The Academy has experience in conducting training camps, which it acquired through cooperation with the most famous Russian athletes Vera Sesina, Olga Kapranova, Evgenia Kanaeva, Alexandra Merkulova, Anastasia Nazarenko, Ksenia Dudkina, Elizaveta Nazarenkova.

As part of the training camps, gymnasts learn the skills of these famous artists in a tight training regime, comprehend the intricacies of staging exercises, and the details of choreographic preparation.

Participation in training camps is important not only from the point of view of effective training load, but also from the point of view of socialization, exchange of experience, and receiving positive emotions, including through personal victories and overcomings.
